Join Us For a Cooking Class

Cooking class return policy:

All cooking classes are NON-REFUNDABLE, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. Be sure to mark the dates on your calendar.

If you are unable to attend a class, you may send someone in your place.


Class menu may change based on availability.

Any allergies must be reviewed with Chef Ally prior to booking.  Cooks on Main will try to accommodate allergies when possible.

Saturday April 27th

Please join us for a unique and fascinating Riedel wine glass tasting.

An educational wine glass seminar with Kevin Smith, a RIEDEL Specialist will demonstrate the relationship between the shape of the glass and the effects each glass has on enhancing the natural flavors of each wine variety.   

Complimentary tasting set will include RIEDEL Performance Collection, Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and my personal favorite Chardonnay.  ($120 Value)

Enjoy a relaxing brunch with Kevin Smith.  Kevin has over 20 years' experience in our industry, and he will be working with Cooks on Main to highlight the enhance ovenbond and Nanobond cookware for brunch.  He will have tips and trick how to successfully transition from Non-Stick cookware to 100 Toxic free Stainless Steel that will last a lifetime.

French macarons are the cutest little cookies that are soft, crispy, and chewy all at the same time. In this class you will learn the techniques to make a perfect macaron.

Tuesday May 7th

There is nothing better than fresh pasta, and it is easier than you think to whip up! We will work together on creating some beautiful noodles.

Menu:

  • Beet root Ravioli with a cashew cream filling
  • Creamy salmon ravioli with a Lemon Dill butter
  • Ravioli Dolce ( Italian Sweet Dessert)

Monday May 13th

There is nothing better than fresh pasta, and it is easier than you think to whip up! We will work together on creating some beautiful noodles.

  • Fettucine with Bacon Leek Cream sauce

Tuesday May 14th

Feeling like you want to get into your sourdough era, but feel a little overwhelmed on where to begin? Join us for a class with Chef Emily, she will give you all the guidance to get you on the right path.

 

Wednesday May 15th

11-1:30PM

There is nothing better than fresh pasta, and we will show you how easy it is! Parents-Please come in to sign a waiver for your child before they go to class and we ask that you do not stay in the class with them.
